Dress Challenge - Dress for August

It's been really hot here in Georgia for the past few weeks; so, when it came to designing a dress for August, all I could think of was to make it as cool as possible.  Here's a perky little sundress made of paper with fabric lace trim.

    Jeanie, this is the perfect summer dress. It's hot here, too, record breaking in fact, but this little gem will go well in the hot August sun. That lace on the skirt and bodice adds the perfect touch.
