Dress for April

My dress for April is a hand-painted tulip confection.  It's accented with irridescent waterpaint touches.

  8. Wow, I'm totally impressed with this gorgeous dress. It's so different for the others, and that in itself makes it special. I love how each person interprets this project and yours is exceptional.

I can just feel the spring breezes moving this beauty. The tulip bodice really makes the piece. Lovely interpretation for April.
